Design, build, and operate.
We cover the full product lifecycle with one senior team — so nothing gets lost between the people who planned it, the people who built it, and the people who keep it running.
Six services, one continuous line
Select any service to see what you get and how we deliver it.
Everything starts with the right questions. We define goals, scope and priorities, and turn a vague idea into a technical plan you can budget against and build from.
What you get
- Goals, scope and priorities written down and agreed
- A technical plan with the risky parts identified first
- An honest view of what to build now and what to defer
How we deliver it
- Stakeholder and user interviews
- System and integration mapping
- Scope and priority workshops
- Technical feasibility assessment
Enterprise software should be as intuitive as any modern app. We research users, build the information architecture and design user-friendly interfaces that make complex workflows feel simple — accessible to WCAG, and following Fiori design guidelines wherever SAP is involved.
What you get
- Information architecture and user flows
- Wireframes through to interactive prototypes
- A design system — components and design tokens — shared by design and development
- A design validated in user acceptance testing
How we deliver it
- Research-driven information architecture
- Figma prototypes
- Component libraries and design tokens
- SAP Fiori design guidelines
- User acceptance testing
Prove the risky part first. We build a working proof of concept or a shippable MVP on production-grade architecture, so you can validate with real users without throwing the code away afterwards.
What you get
- A functioning proof of concept or shippable MVP
- Production-grade architecture from the first commit
- A clear decision point: continue, pivot, or stop
How we deliver it
- Riskiest-assumption-first scoping
- Iterative sprints with working software
- Real user validation
- Architecture that survives into production
Web applications, platforms and line-of-business tools: frontend and backend development, APIs and integrations. React and TypeScript at the front, Java and Spring Boot behind it, PostgreSQL and SAP HANA underneath — connected to the systems you already run.
What you get
- A typed, tested codebase that you own
- APIs and integrations into your existing landscape
- Automated tests and CI/CD pipelines from day one
How we deliver it
- React and TypeScript, or SAP UI5 and Fiori
- Java and Spring Boot services
- OData and REST integration
- QUnit and Playwright test suites
Software has to run, not just ship. Hosting and technical operations with Docker and Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, OAuth 2.0 and Keycloak, role-based access control, and an architecture built for GDPR from the start.
What you get
- Containerised deployment with reproducible infrastructure
- Authentication, authorisation and role-based access control
- Monitoring and a patching routine that actually happens
How we deliver it
- Docker and Ansible
- GitHub CI/CD pipelines
- OAuth 2.0 and Keycloak
- GDPR-conscious architecture
Launch is the beginning, not the finish line. We stay on as your partner for support and ongoing development: monitoring, updates, security patches and a roadmap that keeps pace with the business.
What you get
- Ongoing security patches and dependency updates
- A roadmap that keeps developing after go-live
- The same people who built it, still on the project
How we deliver it
- Long-term product ownership
- Regular release cadence
- Regulatory and dependency updates
- Direct access to the engineers
SAP Fiori and UI5, without the SAP compromise
SAP shops rarely do modern frontend well. Modern frontend shops rarely understand SAP. We do both, which is why our SAP applications do not feel like SAP applications.
SAP Fiori & UI5 development
Custom SAP Fiori and UI5 applications, Fiori Elements, and add-on development. Built to Fiori design guidelines, tested with QUnit and Playwright, deployed through CI/CD like any other modern codebase.
SAP UX modernisation
If your team avoids the SAP system, that is a design problem, not a training problem. We research the people who use it daily and redesign the workflows around them, including S/4HANA UX and legacy application modernisation.
React and TypeScript inside SAP landscapes
Where UI5 is the wrong tool, we build in React and TypeScript and integrate cleanly over OData and REST. Our DIDI platform runs SAPUI5, React and OpenBridge components in the same product.
Enterprise backends and integration
Java and Spring Boot services, SAP CAP, OData and REST APIs, PostgreSQL and SAP HANA. Authentication through OAuth 2.0 and Keycloak with role-based access control.
To be explicit: we are not an SAP partner and hold no SAP certification. What we have is a decade of shipped Fiori and UI5 work, and our own SAPUI5-based platform in production.
SAP Fiori & UI5 development in detailHow we work
Discovery
We define goals, scope and priorities, map the users and the systems involved, and produce a technical plan you can budget against. Research-driven, not assumption-driven.
Design
Information architecture, wireframes, then interactive prototypes. We refine against real user feedback and validate through user acceptance testing before anything is built for production.
Build
Iterative delivery on production-grade architecture from the start. Type safety, automated tests in QUnit and Playwright, and CI/CD pipelines that run on every commit.
Operate
Deployment, monitoring, security patches and a roadmap that keeps developing. We stay responsible for the software after launch, which is why we build it to be maintainable.
What we actually use
Only technologies we have delivered in production. Nothing aspirational.
