Software we built, and continue to operate.
DIDI is our own platform for maritime emissions compliance. Dexi is our AI assistant for enterprise knowledge. Alongside them, selected client projects — anonymised by industry, because our clients’ systems are their business, not our marketing.

DIDI-MRV — regulatory CO₂ reporting for shipping
A compliance platform that turns fragmented shipboard data into audit-ready emissions reports for EU-MRV, UK-MRV and IMO-DCS.
Challenge & solution
Emissions data for a single voyage arrives from logbooks, onboard sensors and handwritten notes, in inconsistent formats and across systems that do not talk to each other. Compliance teams were reconciling it by hand in spreadsheets, against regulatory deadlines that do not move. Every manual step was both a delay and an audit risk.
We built DIDI-MRV as a single platform for the whole reporting chain: ingest, reconcile, analyse, report. The backend is reactive — Java with Spring Boot WebFlux — so thousands of reports can be processed without blocking, with RabbitMQ handling asynchronous workloads and PostgreSQL as the record of truth. The interface combines SAPUI5 with OpenBridge web components, so it meets maritime bridge display conventions rather than fighting them. Access is controlled through Keycloak and OAuth 2.0, and every release runs through Playwright end-to-end tests in GitHub CI/CD before it reaches a ship.
Approach
- 01
Regulatory scope
Mapped the reporting obligations of EU-MRV, UK-MRV and IMO-DCS into one shared data model rather than three parallel ones.
- 02
Bridge-appropriate UX
Designed against maritime display conventions using OpenBridge components, so the interface is usable in real operating conditions.
- 03
Reactive backend
Built a non-blocking Spring Boot WebFlux service with RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing, optimised for report throughput.
- 04
Operate and evolve
Deployed via Docker and Ansible with GitHub CI/CD. We run it, patch it, and extend it as the regulations change.
